India: Golden Temple Visit

India a land full of colours & love, one visit in your lifetime is a must!

We visited Golden Temple, Amritsar in Punjab, moment we entered the temple we felt peace and love.

About the temple:

Sri Harmandir Sahib, also known as Darbar Sahib, informally referred to as the Golden Temple, is a Gurdwara located in the city of Amritsar, Punjab, India. It is one of the most revered spiritual sites of Sikhism.

Once you enter the temple you must go to the water and take a dip, there is a seperate section for women. The place is constantly cleaned so don’t fret about hygiene.

After this you visit the temple and go for langar which is a meal served by the temple, cooked my devotees and served by them, post eating your delicious healthy meal you can go do seva by cleaning the vessels or by sweeping the floors.

The entire experience will make you feel blessed and grateful.
